Workload Coaching


David LongstaffPositive People have developed a one-to-one coaching programme to support busy professionals as they manage their complex workload.

The format and length (which can be as short as 1 hour)  is customised for each individual and allows the participant to develop a personalised system, putting them on top of their workload, rather than feeling buried by it.

  2. Setting up Microsoft Outlook and OneNote
  3. Getting the email inbox to empty
  4. Using mobile tools and apps to manage your workload
  5. Embedding a Weekly Review
